Job Purpose and Summary

At Canon EMEA, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide cost-effective maintenance and optimize the technical performance of our hardware products. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products, working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as electronics, mechanics, or software.
• Relevant experience in the service industry, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
