Care Service Coordinator

**About the Position**
We are seeking a seasoned Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Linkage Community Trust. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential care service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have line management experience and a minimum of Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and think creatively.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,639 per annum
