About the Role

We are seeking a qualified dietitian to join our team in the Adult Eating Disorders Service across West Yorkshire. As a dietitian in this role, you will work closely with the Lead Dietitian to deliver dietetic groups to service users, train and develop CMHT teams around West Yorkshire about nutrition and eating disorders, and provide 1:1 support with service users around their eating difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of dietetic groups to service users
  • Training and developing CMHT teams around West Yorkshire about nutrition and eating disorders
  • 1:1 support with service users around their eating difficulties
  • Developing practical support groups for service users
  • Involvement with the Open Access Pathway, developing content for the service Instagram page and facilitating The HUB peer support group
About the Team

The Adult Eating Disorders Service is a small team of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, and Peer Support Workers. We support service users who have disordered eating secondary to their primary mental health issue, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder.

Requirements
  • A dietetic degree
  • Interest in working in Eating Disorders and Mental Health
