Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Manager to join our team in Bexley and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to supercharge their sales career and make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Britvic's market share of the soft drinks category within your defined territory by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.
- Work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to establish and retain new business opportunities, and deliver a business plan focused on driving sales growth.
- Partner with customers to build outstanding relationships, understand their needs, and execute solutions that drive business results.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach to grow sales and market share.
- Previous experience in Convenience, Business Development or FMCG is preferred.
- You must have a valid manual driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- You should be self-motivated, IT and Social Media literate, and able to participate as part of a team in a proactive manner.
- A competitive salary of £31,500 basic plus 20% quarterly bonus.
