Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our current loyal client base and proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales targets by selling exceptional art to clients.
- Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our art collection and be able to communicate this effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and promote our art collection.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
- Highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.
- Confident in ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
- Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
- Ability to support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.
- No prior knowledge of the art world is required, as we offer full training to help you be as knowledgeable as possible.
- Driving license is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients).
