At Quality Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Sector Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Assist with sales and lead generation, finding growth opportunities in targeted industrial sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with key accounts across Defence, Marine, Power & Water.

Requirements:

  • Candidates Requirements: Hold a full UK Driver's License, have a British or dual passport, and pass DBS & BPSS vetting.

  • Possible Flexibility: Possibility of Hybrid working (2-3 days home working per week).

Job Description: This role involves producing commercial and technical proposals, discovering new opportunities and contacts in targeted market sectors, following up quotations and closing business. You will also be involved in research and development and marketing, monitoring and interacting with tendering portals, and reporting on opportunities.
