We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Showroom Manager in waiting to join our dynamic team at Wren Kitchens. Main Responsibilities- Work closely with experienced managers to learn the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
- Develop your skills in sales, customer service, and team management.
- Drive sales growth and exceed year-on-year showroom targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a big-ticket retail environment, a sales-driven approach, and a proven track record of success. You should be passionate about coaching and developing your team, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and have a strong focus on sales growth.
