We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Showroom Manager in waiting to join our dynamic team at Wren Kitchens. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in managing a successful showroom, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with experienced managers to learn the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
- Develop your skills in sales, customer service, and team management.
- Drive sales growth and exceed year-on-year showroom targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a big-ticket retail environment, a sales-driven approach, and a proven track record of success. You should be passionate about coaching and developing your team, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and eager to learn and grow with our company.
