About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Alexander Lloyd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support on insured administration implementation and ongoing pensions administration.

Key responsibilities will include attending internal meetings with the Administration Manager to identify areas of concern, such as complaints, scheme changes, and ad-hoc projects. You will also assist with system configuration and automated calculation updates, as well as process improvements and documentation for insured administration processes.

Requirements
  • Current experience of schemes transitioning through buy-in's, buy-out's, and bulk annuity DB administration.
  • Previous DB Pensions administration experience across wider member benefits and scheme events administration.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions legislation framework and ability to remain informed of changes and implement.
  • Previous or current supervisory or leadership experience.
