Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of insured pension schemes across various locations in the UK.
- Apply expert knowledge of pensions administration activities to ensure the smooth operation of schemes.
- Assist with system configuration and automated calculation updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on insured technical matters.
- Collaborate with Administration Managers and team members to identify and resolve areas of concern, such as complaints, errors, and inefficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to pensions legislation and implement new requirements.
- Utilize previous experience in pensions administration, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers, monthly processing, and investment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pensions administration, particularly in Defined Benefit schemes.
- Thorough knowledge of pensions legislation and ability to stay informed of changes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
