Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct teams in technical design work, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
- Set quality assurance standards in design and grow, develop, and manage engineering capability within the practice.
- Deliver both traditional engineering and environmentally focused solutions using nature-based strategies.
