Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our team in Shrewsbury. The successful candidate will have a background in rotary-wing aircraft maintenance and be able to develop, plan, and schedule maintenance activities in line with operational and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules based on aircraft availability, operational needs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance plans.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary parts, tools, and manpower for scheduled maintenance.
  • Assist in long-term maintenance planning, including resource allocation and forecasting future maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, preferably in the rotary sector.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning processes and relevant regulatory requirements (CAA, EASA, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning software and systems.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
