Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Sweaty Betty. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding sales and customer service results
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners
- Drive the SB brand in the store community through innovative marketing techniques and events
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to exceed store targets
- Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented
- Experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commercial approach with a proven sales background and experience setting and delivering store KPIs
- Exceptional customer service and team management skills
- Interest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
