Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front-line associates with day-to-day business operations and readiness.
  • Enhance business partner satisfaction and exceed departmental metrics and meeting current Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage inbound inquiries related to daily processing, reconciliation issues, manual outgoing wires/swifts, and outbound calls to verify remittance instructions with participating banks.
  • Meet all performance targets while mitigating Operational risk.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the division and be responsible for the development of the team in conjunction with the team manager.
  • Establish and maintain management/performance controls to highlight problems, maximize performance, and develop process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Superior analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business.
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task as business needs dictate.

Desired Skills:

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of wire processing and swift rules.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access).
  • Knowledge of bank systems (ACBS, LoanIQ).

This role requires the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week in the client\u2019s Bromley office.
