Job Title: Loans Administrator

Become a part of our dynamic team as a Loans Administrator, supporting the EMEA Lending Fulfilment Team in our Bromley office.

Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with the client's Global team to ensure efficient support to their clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing business partner satisfaction, exceeding departmental metrics, and meeting current Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Support front-line associates with day-to-day business operations and readiness.
  • Manage inbound inquiries related to daily processing, reconciliation issues, and outbound calls to verify remittance instructions with participating banks.
  • Meet performance targets while mitigating Operational risk.
  • Develop the team in conjunction with the team manager.
  • Establish and maintain management/performance controls to highlight problems, maximize performance, and develop process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask as business needs dictate.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of wire processing and swift rules.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and bank systems.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working on-site 5 days a week in the client's Bromley office. Standard working hours with some flexibility where required.
