Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Legal 500-ranked, Construction & Engineering team on a varied caseload covering all aspects of non-contentious Construction matters, including JCT and NEC contract forms.

The successful candidate will have experience with industry standard form building contracts, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a varied workload and forming close relationships with clients
  • Working to deadlines and managing a caseload
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Providing solutions to clients across the public and private sector

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Construction Solicitor
  • Experience with industry standard form building contracts
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
