About the Role:
ZITKO Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Specification Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the residential fire safety market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, house builders, and local governments to promote our residential fire safety products.
- Provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions to ensure that our products are specified and used in residential projects.
- Manage the distribution channel and attend trade/networking shows to promote our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support other sales team members and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong network of contacts in the residential fire safety sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the residential fire safety market and products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
