Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Culinary Director, you'll be responsible for:

Developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus for our various revenue streams, ensuring high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.Leading and developing a team of skilled chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborating with the management team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, applying your expertise to create innovative dishes and menus.Maintaining effective controls on food costs and labour, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.Participating in regular kitchen inspections, ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy food preparation environment.

Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director with:

A proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.A passion for leading and developing a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.A creative and innovative approach to menu development, with a focus on sustainability and seasonality.Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
