We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living solutions in the UK.
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service, managing the day-to-day operations of our estate, and ensuring that our homeowners receive the highest level of care and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming new homeowners and supporting them to settle into their apartments
- Providing a friendly and approachable service to all visitors
- Managing the development's gardens and grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment for our homeowners
- Facilitating social interaction and helping homeowners to enjoy retirement living to the full
- Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a real 'can-do' attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in a customer-facing role and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
