Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in Year 2. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs and be able to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to students with special needs
  • Assist with behavioral management and develop strategies to promote positive behavior
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and psychologists to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with special needs, personal experience or relevant degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Right to work in the UK and experience working in the UK
