Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering expert, advanced clinical practice to patients with haematological conditions
- Developing and implementing education and learning strategies to meet the needs of healthcare professionals
- Providing leadership and collaborative practice to improve quality and develop practice in the haematology service
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and good quality care for patients
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with eligibility to become an Independent Prescriber
- Recognised teaching and assessing qualification
- Degree in a relevant healthcare-related subject
- Eligible to undertake a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Demonstrated relevant clinical and managerial experience
- Experience of audit and/or research
- Teaching and assessment experience in clinical practice
