Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all project proposals, ensuring timely submission for management approval and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, providing critical information to operations and finance teams, and tracking project materials and supplier invoices.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and support for Operations Managers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, ensuring seamless contract management and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project work, driving innovation and excellence.
