A Level English Language and Literature Teaching Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced A Level English Language and Literature teacher to join our Academic Studies team at The Trafford & Stockport College Group.

This is a part-time maternity cover post, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students at A level, with a focus on both English language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to groups of students within the subject area at A level.
  • Lead in the teaching, learning, and assessment of students, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a deep understanding of delivery across both English language and literature.
  • Have a proven track record of teaching and assessing students at A level.
