ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

Cognizant is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to drive technical excellence in our team. This full-time role is based in London and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow technical deliveries and guide team members in best practices.
  • Create value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow, defining and implementing differentiators for development and support projects.
  • Experience with ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification, and excellent understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, with expertise in complex data migration, documentation, and review activities.
  • Conduct trainings on ServiceNow, create custom applications, and experience with complex ServiceNow integrations.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and CMS.
  • Excellent experience with complex ServiceNow integrations, creation of custom applications, and exposure to Project Portfolio Management, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, and Service Watch.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow dedicated and shared instances usage and feasibility, and experience with configuration management, process definition, modeling, and process refinement.
  • Ability to create integration architecture, templates for foundation data, CMDB, and experience with Java and related web technologies.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules, Business Rule, UI Action using Glide script, and creation of Glide Record object.
  • Creation of custom related list, Access Control List with scripting, Script-based UI Policy and Client Script, and experience with Glide Ajax, Glide Form, Glide User, Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Element, and Glide Aggregate.
  • Querying the table using Glide Record, referencing Glide List, debugging script, and creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly.
