External Sales Executive

At MKM Building Supplies, we are seeking a skilled External Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development. This role requires a talented and experienced individual to identify new business opportunities, promote MKM as a supplier of choice, and convert this into regular business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring they receive exceptional customer service. This will involve taking a proactive approach to visiting existing and potential customers, building lasting relationships, and exceeding their expectations. In all dealings with customers, the individual will be expected to maximize sales and margin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers
- Maximizing sales and margin through proactive customer engagement
- Working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and development
