About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Mercure Darlington Kings Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the effective delivery of high-quality customer services
  • Ensure that all brand standards are met and maintained
  • Proactively resolve any challenges that may arise and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the department manager in driving profit from the business by focusing on quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to have:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills through a variety of means
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
