About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global asset and wealth manager, Schroders, and contribute to the development of our supplier governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supplier Oversight and Risk Management: Develop, embed, and enhance our supplier governance framework, including delivering objectives related to supplier oversight, risk/regulatory compliance, and supporting Corporate Sustainability to deliver the Group's sustainability strategy.
  2. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, monitor, and evaluate supplier metrics, and support and lead stakeholder and supplier engagement towards our sustainability goals and compliance activity.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Support and lead development and maintenance of supplier oversight reporting capabilities, and continuously improve performance and risk assessment governance and metrics.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and enhance all tools and procedures utilized in the assessment, monitoring, and tracking of supplier risk and sustainability activities.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal reporting experts to create and deliver automated reporting wherever possible, and ensure the maintenance of all required documents and procedures related to supplier engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical experience in order to understand and interpret data and information, bringing insight.
  2. Project Management: Demonstrable project management, coordination, and delivery experience to set objectives and demanding deadlines.
  3. Supplier Management: Experience of supplier segmentation and risk assessment, including outsourcing and supplier management.
  4. Communication and Influence: Excellent levels of communication, able to influence and persuade others, whilst building strong working relationships.
  5. Technical Skills: Excellent IT and numeracy skills, including advanced Excel skills.
  6. Personal Attributes: Capable of remaining positive when under pressure, flexible approach to work with an ability to adapt to change, and a 'right first time' mind-set.
