**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to provide excellent support to line managers with the on-boarding process.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources and be able to ensure correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters, including references, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks.

This is a permanent role offering one day a week in office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and advising line managers with the on-boarding process
  • Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters
  • Arranging inductions for new starters
  • Updating and maintaining the HR database and recruitment systems
  • Answering queries from both email and over the phone regarding staff onboarding

**Requirements:**

  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
