Rental Department Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Professional to join our Rental Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from end to end and ensuring commercial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire lifecycle of rental contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial integrity.
  2. Prepare regular account development reviews, project reports, and applications for payment, ensuring timely final accounts reconciliation.
  3. Collaborate with managers and clients to review project progress, resolve issues, and conduct site visits as necessary.
  4. Update project management systems with revenue and costs, manage the application and certification process, and approve subcontractor works orders for payment.
  5. Conduct pricing document reviews, contract reviews (including JCT and NEC), and cash flow analysis to support decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (C) or above; commercial experience with industry knowledge and/or Quantity Surveyor (QS) experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate/advanced level.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and a solid understanding of drawings and building design.
