Contract Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Professional to join our Rental Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts from end to end and ensuring commercial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of rental contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial integrity.
- Prepare regular account development reviews, project reports, and applications for payment, ensuring timely final accounts reconciliation.
- Collaborate with managers and clients to review project progress, resolve issues, and conduct site visits as necessary.
- Update project management systems with revenue and costs, manage the application and certification process, and approve subcontractor works orders for payment.
- Conduct pricing document reviews, contract reviews (including JCT and NEC), and cash flow analysis to support decision-making.
Experience and Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (C) or above; commercial experience with industry knowledge and/or Quantity Surveyor (QS) experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate/advanced level.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and a solid understanding of drawings and building design.
