The Role:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the company's existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across the South-East region. You will work closely with clients to understand their production challenges and deliver bespoke engineering solutions that offer tangible cost-saving benefits.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, focusing on solution-driven sales.
  • Provide technical expertise and demonstrations on a range of engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.
Person Criteria:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong engineering background.
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, production management, or technical sales, particularly within the manufacturing or CNC machining sectors.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide technical insight into cost-saving opportunities.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
