Geriatric Medicine Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Geriatric Medicine Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to elderly patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist care to elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement innovative care pathways and services.
  • Contribute to the development of our Flagship Frailty Pathway, including the expansion of our specialist Ambulatory Care Service and intensification of front-door CGA.
  • Support the development of a sub-speciality interest in geriatric medicine.
  • Participate in clinical governance and audit activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical staff, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education activities.
