Credit Control Administrator Role

At Vital Energi, we are seeking a skilled Credit Control Administrator to join our dynamic Finance team. This 6-month fixed-term contract presents an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our award-winning team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various finance administration duties, including pre-payment and credit billing services, and playing a key role in the successful collection of payments. Our Finance team was recently awarded the Finance Team of the Year (20+ people) at the Northwest Finance Awards, and we are committed to fostering continuous internal progression and encouraging internal promotion.

As a Credit Control Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Chasing customer debts and collaborating with the commercial department

Reconciling daily banking transactions

Raising Sales Ledger invoices

Setting up new customer accounts

Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Previous experience in a credit control role is essential, and you will be expected to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. A finance qualification such as AAT is desirable but not essential. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
