Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our construction team in Aylesbury, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation, ensuring project financial efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles, negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets, identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation, and liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry, strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices, proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools, excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS), and a full UK driving license.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
