Job Summary:

Blackwell Earthmoving Limited is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and implement project plans and budgets.
  • C coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in linear earthworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern earthmoving methods, plant, outputs, and technologies.
  • Proficient in producing resourced programmes and working budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and focus on finding cheaper, faster, and safer ways of doing things.
