Job Description:
We're seeking a Construction Cost Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for managing construction costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. Your tasks will include preparing cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities, as well as providing construction phase contract Quantity Surveying services. You'll work collaboratively with other service teams to deliver an integrated approach to client delivery and develop client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in quantity surveying and commercial management or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of NEC forms of contract and Schedule of Rates
- Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
