An exciting new opportunity exists for a highly organised and professional administrative support specialist to provide consistent and reliable service across various departments at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a naturally organised approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Management team.
- Assisting with weekly scheduling using our existing software.
- Responding to enquiries via email.
- Scheduling 1-to-1's and performance reviews.
- Scheduling service visits and routine maintenance.
- Reviewing and issuing service reports.
- Generating Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Site Folders.
- Organising a small office environment.
- Utilising MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
