Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Virtual Hub in Andover. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and working closely with various departments.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also manage office documentation, records, and supplies, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Additionally, you will prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business support or a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** £15.57 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing and organizing office documentation and records
