Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This includes being able to read each customer's needs and adapt your style accordingly, whether it's a quiet coffee or a lively celebration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest leaves happy
  • Work closely with management and the rest of the team to achieve our goals
  • Adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of each customer
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Front of House area
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have bags of energy, a natural talent for hospitality, and the ability to build rapport with customers. You should be driven, self-motivated, and able to work at pace with limited supervision. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
