Pertemps Warrington is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by ensuring that financial processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Office Duties: Carry out general office duties necessary to ensure the continuity of the day-to-day running of the UK office.
  • Customer Enquiries: Deal with customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Financial Data Entry: Daily review and data entry of Purchase Ledger invoices.
  • Invoice Processing: Produce invoices and process POs.
  • Statement Review: Review statements and payments and raise any discrepancies.
  • Document Maintenance: Maintain Operations and Maintenance Documents.
  • Office Supplies: Ad-hoc ordering of office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working within a similar role.
