Job Title: Vice President, GCIB KYC Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB) team as a Vice President, GCIB KYC Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients across various business sectors and regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach: Proactively engage with clients to request and collect Know Your Client (KYC) documentation in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, Bankers, Operations, Risk, and other internal functions to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure that respective KYC client portfolios are covered across business and regions, adhering to internal governance routines and guidelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify and monitor risks associated with non-compliance with KYC processes, including restrictions, closures, and associated business growth impacts.
  • Process Improvement: Gather client feedback to enhance the Bank's processes and improve the client experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role within the financial services or a related industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) policies and standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
