Job Summary

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Banking group, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of Citi's Investment Banking business activities, leveraging your expertise in evaluating corporate transactions and structures.
  • Contribute to building Citi's franchise by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success in the role.
  • Assess risk and make business decisions that align with Citi's reputation and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in creating financial analyses and evaluating corporate transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
