About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an option for hybrid working, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure our products meet internal and industry regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create product testing roadmaps that align with our strategic goals.
  • Analyze conformance and testing results, providing detailed technical reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving industry approval regulations and specifications for SAR, EMC, and FR.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed test history documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product compliance/approvals/testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of RoHS, WEEE, and REACH regulations.
  • Certification in FFC/CE.
  • Experience with EMCD and LVD directives.
  • Familiarity with non-EU approval requirements.
Compensation Package

$120,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate takes into account the role's responsibilities, required qualifications, and regional cost of living.

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
