As a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting electrical systems and components to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electrical testing and inspections on various systems and components.
  • Identify and diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Document and report test results, including any defects or issues found.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve electrical problems.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in electrical testing technology.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in an industrial environment.
  • An understanding of Risk Assessment & Method Statements.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition).
  • Fully qualified C&G 2391.
