The successful candidate will develop analytical tools to assist the business in surveying potential sites, ensuring sound decisions on investments. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify revenue drivers, cost factors, and growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess market opportunities and risks, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop effective analytical tools to support key decision-making processes, including the analysis and surveyance of potential sites.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate business performance, including revenue trends, profitability, cost structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Business Planning and Forecasting: Assist in the development of business plans, annual budgets, and financial forecasts, working closely with stakeholders to identify revenue drivers, cost factors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop financial models to assess the financial impact of various business scenarios and initiatives, performing sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to evaluate risk and uncertainty.
  • Analyse product/service profitability, customer profitability, and sales/channel effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation to enhance overall profitability.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and conduct pricing analysis to optimise pricing structures and maximise revenue, monitoring price trends, competitive pricing, and price elasticity.
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather data, align strategies, and support business initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.

Financial Package:

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced pension, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical cover, cycle to work scheme, one paid charity day each year, and matched charity contributions.
