This permanent role offers an attractive salary of approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme, generous shift allowance, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain Mazak CNC machine centres.
  • Program and execute complex machining tasks using Mazatrol and ISO languages.
  • Develop and implement efficient machining procedures, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Work independently, maintaining high productivity levels while adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, understand, and work to Engineering drawings.
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
  • ONC Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent EITB or C&G) qualification.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and use dedicated inspection equipment, SPC procedures, and method sheets.
