We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our residential care team in providing exceptional person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, managing a team of caregivers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- You possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of caregivers and delivering outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement.
- You have a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- You are passionate about person-centred care, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional care.
