Care Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at the Care Home.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with key staff to ensure procedures operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Process payroll hours weekly, meeting deadlines for monthly payroll run.
  • Responsible for petty cash, maintaining monthly reconciliations to head office.

This role requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, staff, and residents to provide administrative support and ensure efficient management.
