As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the home, including preparing and serving meals, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment for our residents. You will work closely with the Housekeeper and Chef to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the expected standards are achieved throughout the home
  • Cover domestic, kitchen, and laundry duties, including training in all three areas
  • Identify and report any damage, faults, or other issues to maintenance or management
  • Adhere to the cleaning and auditing schedule
  • Use and store cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager
