About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Engagement Executive to join our team at Archard Talent Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth and retention, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our members, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Retention and Satisfaction: Engage with members to boost retention and satisfaction, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their business endeavors.
  • Communication and Promotion: Ensure members leverage all communication channels to promote their business, including our website, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Member Support: Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective members, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the membership database and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule appointments and meetings for the Membership Manager with current and potential members, and attend meetings when necessary.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Assist in researching and capturing data on prospective members and competitors, providing valuable insights to inform our membership strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to coordinate and deliver membership activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Event Attendance: Regularly attend Member Events, representing our organization and fostering relationships with members.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the website, including the Membership Directory, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Magazine Administration: Handle sales and administration of our Members Magazine, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Social Media Support: Provide social media support for membership campaigns, creating engaging content and promoting our organization's activities.
  • Membership Marketing Plan: Support the delivery of our Membership Marketing Plan, including online and offline content, video, magazine, and other materials.
  • Media and PR Development: Assist in developing media and PR strategies to promote our organization and attract new members.
Requirements
  • Office Sales or Sales Support Experience: Ideally, you have worked in an Office Sales or Sales Support role previously, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: You are adaptable, a strong team player, and able to support other team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Social Media and Website Navigation: You are able to navigate social media platforms and update websites, with a basic understanding of online marketing principles.
