About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits information.
  • Process payroll transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with HR to implement new compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Numerical ability and strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
